- Service Fee: Private Tutoring: US$15-50 per hour.
- Payment Method: Party A will pay Party B's salary via Venmo, FPS or Bank Transfer.
- Party A's (Lord Education) Responsibilities: Provide course design and scheduling, promotion and recruitment, student arrangement and registration, notifications and communication.
- Party B's (Tutor) Responsibilities: Fulfill student teaching duties, prepare instructional materials, manage parent-teacher communication, and execute activities to improve instructional quality.
- The relationship between Party A and Party B is strictly a service contract relationship. It is a non-employment relationship exists between Party A and Party B. Party B provides services to Party A in the capacity of a self-employed individual.

As a self-employed individual, Party B expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are not entitled to any rights and benefits granted to employees, including but not limited to:
- Severance payment and long service payment
- Statutory paid public holidays and annual leave
- Paid sickness allowance (sick leave) and maternity/paternity leave
- Statutory notice period or payment in lieu of notice for termination of employment
- Party A's company medical insurance, provident fund, or bonus/incentive schemes
- Classes will start on time. Any delay in the start time will result in an equal extension at the end of the class (e.g. A 5-minute delay extends the class by 5 minutes, a 10-minute delay extends it by 10 minutes, and so on).

Absence from Work:
- No remuneration will be paid for absences from work.
- If unable to attend work, the students and their parents must be notified 7 days in advance.
- If an instructor or student requests leave, both parties should coordinate a make-up class time.
- If the tutor is frequently late, leaves early, is absent, or reschedules classes/shifts, causing inconvenience to students or Party A, and fails to improve after repeated warnings, Party A reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately.
- Dress Code and Grooming: Dress neatly and decently.
- Termination of Contract: For resignation, tutors must give Party A a 30-day notice period and submit a resignation letter. If a tutor fails to provide a 30-day written notice to Party A, Party A reserves the right to charge the tutor an amount equivalent to the salary they would have earned during the notice period. If a tutor takes leave during the notice period, the notice period shall be extended by the number of leave days taken. Party A reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if a tutor misses classes without a valid reason.
- Leakage of Teaching Materials: For any form of photocopying or reproduction without Party A’s written approval, the tutor agrees to pay a copyright fee of HKD $500 per image, page, or layout. In the event of copyright infringement, the tutor shall be responsible for paying the investigation costs incurred by Party A.
- Referral Fee: Current or former tutors/staffs of Party A shall not provide any courses to Party A’s current or former students without the company's consent. If a current or former tutor/staff provides courses to current or former students without consent, the tutor agrees to pay Party A a referral fee of USD $300.00 per student per course, as well as the investigation costs incurred by Party A.
